THE SECOND TUESDAY FORUM SERIES is sponsored by the Portsmouth Public Library and funded by grants from the Portsmouth Public Library Foundation, Friends of the Library, Portsmouth Museum and Fine Arts Commission, and The City of Portsmouth.
