Operation Warm

The Friends of the Portsmouth Public Library are teaming up with Operation Warm to give brand new coats and books to kids in need in Portsmouth. Any amount donated is welcome and will go towards the total to help these kids in need. You can donate at a Friends of the Library booksale or online at.
